In 2017, Bode was born after a 25 hour labor, 4 ho In 2017, Bode was born after a 25 hour labor, 4 hours of pushing and eventually an emergency cesarean. Childbirth kicked on a full blown auto immune that had been lurking around for years before. No matter what I ate, drank or tried to safely supplement with, I couldn’t build my blood after I had him. My pulse weakened and I was scared to sleep because of my low blood pressure. I thought I would die. During this time, I was co-leading a detox. That’s right, 4 days after I gave birth. I was making $1,000ish and it meant everything to me. Unfortunately, the coach I was running it with kept all the money… payments were being made through her website and I trusted her. So I had a newborn baby while money I was depending on was now gone and felt like I was dying. Not a high moment. While begrudgingly drinking another beet smoothie (blood builder) and staying up til 2am to figure out how to make back the money lost, I thought, “this is insane!! Why can’t I be a “normal” person and get a regular job?! I’m literally killing myself and for what!!” That was 5 years ago. This month, I made $90K 🤯 I’m looking at that version of myself and wanting to say this… “There’s an easier way. A way that prioritizes sleep, your health, your relationships and pleasure.
