I was seriously dreading fall… scared of summer I was seriously dreading fall… scared of summer and it’s sunshine leaving us in the rain and cold BUT… I forgot how much I love jackets, leggings and beanies! Now every Sunday I know I’ll be watching Bode tear it up on the field, it’ll force me to get an hour of fresh air and it’s so funny watching little 4 year olds trying to figure out what the hell to do with the ball. I realized on the field that I’m satisfied in life and that’s created by me. Satisfaction - doing things and being around people that bring you pleasure! It never has been. It’s about doing things to create more time. It’s about hiring people who can do it faster than you… who can show you what you can’t see… who can get you to the root 10x faster than you ever could on your own… It’s about trusting yourself to make the right decision at the right time. And not shaming yourself for making mistakes. I googled I YouTubed I was so scrappy (still am) I figured it out Then when I realized how much time I was wasting, I hired a VA before I was ready, before I had the money, before I had consistent clients. I did everything I could on my own and made $18k a year and was very proud of myself. But bills. And desire for travel and holistic healthcare (out of pocket) told me it was time to take myself seriously. So, I packaged my gifts and stayed through the ups and the downs of entrepreneurship. I fought my way to 6-figures, took longer than any of the other ladies in the mastermind to get there. I never gave up. Now I’m a multi 6 fig coach who teaches spiritual entrepreneurs how to create offers from their gifts so they can build wealth in a way that feels good. My medicine is energy clearing, activation and soul guidance. I’m a witchy woman with a knack for laying things out easily and simply. I don’t like the fluff, don’t spend time on it and want to know you, your biz and what stops you from being seen, from thinking you’re not worthy of being heard. I want to know what you love most about yourself, when you had the most fun and how to create more of that feeling in your day to day life so it spills over into every avenue of your business. Your business and you are not two separate entities. It is one.

Walking in the crisp air in a sweater and jacket feels eerily similar to the weather changing from warm sunshine to frigid cold… because it is!! And I might not be the happiest person about it. Hives come out to play when it gets colder and I want to stay in bed longer because who can put their feet on the hardwood when it’s 60 degrees?! I must admit… fall vibes and full moons feel extra exciting this year. As we journey into year 2 of whatever this is… add ginger and cardamom to warm your morning cacao… Remember that as the weather cools, the body works harder to maintain heat so immune boosting is vital. Water. Get yourself into water. Douse yourself in it. Hot baths w/Epsom salts. Go to the water. Be near it. Water has the best life metaphors when you watch it. Me, myself and I are getting really into witchy rituals and energy cleansing techniques taught by shamanic medicine women. I’m stepping up my self care game to include embodiment practices, fresh flowers, moon charged crystals and sage before and after sessions. I’m reading novels that take me on a journey to awaken what lies within. I’m seeking travel and nature. Slowing down and speeding up. Healing music and essential oil. How does this sit with you?
