DON’T QUIT, TAKE A BREAK WHEN YOU FEEL OVERWHELMED
Just returned home from a bachelorette party…I’ll be honest, the late nights, drinking more than my non – existent drinking, no sleep, activity after activity…all the things I used to do on the weekends as a twenty something took a toll this morning as a thirty something.
Before kid: sleep two days and back to action.
Now…completely different ballgame.
I’m writing to you as it snows heavily outside the window and my husband sits next to me reading a book. I asked him if he could turn the TV off, so I could focus. Also, because I’m propped up against a tennis ball on my shoulder blade because my neck is stiff (too many head whips).
I started to tell him about the Break Free Masterminder‘s training on commitment and how it’s the thing I struggle with the most. Who am I to teach? But almost every goal I’ve set for myself, I’ve hit. I just forgot and needed someone loving to remind me.
90 days with private clients is like the snap of a finger. I’ve been coaching this program for so long, it’s easy now. Clients get fast results that last a lifetime:
***Tara lost 23 pounds and stopped having to take laxatives for chronic diarrhea (first time she’s been off them in 6 years and we did that in less than 90 days). If that’s not a win…
***Anne’s marriage blew up in the best way and her and her husband started couple’s counseling, their marriage is deep and expansive. OH and she’s starting her own business, a superfood coffee company. Can’t wait to become a customer.
***Jenna lost 25+ pounds and continues to be a fitness bad ass, I watch her going to workout classes on her insta stories. She’ll be with us at the Activate Your Gifts Retreat in April, her second Fearful to Fit retreat.
6 month mastermind is like, holy shit, there is so much to do between teaching weekly trainings that come with handouts, small group coaching sessions, 3 in person meetings and bonus guides along the way.
And the doors are open for 3 more women to join THIS MONTH, so there’s on-boarding and getting them set up in the membership site, introducing them to the group, etc.
All of this is happening while our babysitter moved and snowmaggedon hit.
It’s not like I’m crazy overwhelmed, I’m just tired today.
Obviously, dancing until 3:00am in snow boots will do that to you.
But the show must go on.
So, my gift to you is this: do not quit, take a break.
Stay committed to your goals and fiercely protect them.
It’s worth it and hey, maybe I create a year – long program in 2020. WHO KNOWS?!
